Having issues with playing the interviews or not getting emails? Please read below for assistance:

Issues with Interviews

1. Visit Youtube.com and Vimeo.com and select a random video.  Make sure that both play for you correctly, with no issues.

Based on your result, choose an option below for more assistance. Note that we cannot offer assistance with individual computer issues.

  • PROBLEMS WITH VIDEO PLAYBACK
  • AUDIO PROBLEM
  • PLAYBACK IS FINE
    • Clear your browser cache - for directions on how to do this, just google "clear cache firefox" or "clear cache chrome" etc. and follow instructions.
    • Try a different web browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, Safari, etc.)
    • Clear your browser cache - for directions on how to do this, just google "clear cache firefox" or "clear cache chrome" etc. and follow instructions.
    • Restart your computer

Issues with Emails

If you are not receiving our daily emails during the summit, please try the following:

  • Check your SPAM folder.  Note that some email addresses like yahoo and hotmail and aol accounts can filter out messages.
  • Gmail Users: Check your Social and Promotions tabs, and drag the email into your main inbox tab. Also add helena@livdelicious.com to your address book. If you still don't find it, check spam and label the email as "not spam."
  • If you still can't find the emails, just sign up again. If you have a different email address, that's better.
